What is a Leader?

A gifted and anointed leader can usually do things better than some of the people under him. Therefore, they tend to just do it themselves, instead of investing the time and effort of training someone else. But they ultimately limit themselves and others by that approach. There may be noble reasons for this, but one person can only manage so many people effectively. If they don’t raise up other people to help share the load, then they begin to fail under that load. And the Lord will not send them more people, because they aren’t effectively managing what they have. More people would just increase the strain on the leaders. The Lord loves them more than what they can do for the Lord.
